SLACKPulls bank + payouts + cost lines every morning, posts cash position and runway in #finance, pings me when burn spikes.
Keeda
DISCORDSweeps every meeting and Discord chat for pending tasks and action items, auto-uploads them onto a Kanban, and pings whoever owns them until they're done. The studio's project manager.
Thulaa Bot Coach
INTERNALWatches every MCTS bot game, surfaces opening lines that are losing, suggests training tweaks. Stockfish for the Thulaa bots.
App Store Optimiser
APP STOREPulls install + conversion data from App Store Connect and Google Play, runs Apple's Product Page Optimization tests, auto-applies the no-review wins (promo text, store listing copy) and surfaces the review-required ones (keywords, screenshots) for me to approve.
Bug Triage
INTERNALReads every crash report, support email and feature request. Dedupes, scores severity, files prioritised tickets. The studio's first-line support.
TestFlight Shipper
CI / CDAutonomous QA → submit loop. Runs the test suite, builds, uploads to TestFlight, drafts release notes. I just hit approve.
